Again a small site, Temple Bar Design were asked to maximise the site with a residential block of apartments.

As mentioned, the site is small at only 515m2, and we had to accomodate the required parking bays as well as amenity space.

We were successful in achieving these requirements, as well able to design in 9 spacious apartments.

The proposed drawings have been submitted to Council and Planning permission works are in progress, and we look forward to a favourable response.
