Shepherd’s Bush, W12

This property in Shepherd’s Bush remodels and extends an existing dilapidated residential property to provide a modern, luxurious 3 bedroom family home. The Clients requested a full remodel, both inside and out including landscaping & Interiors redesign, with the addition of a loft on the second floor.

The construction stage included the demolition of an existing out house, and the ground floor at the rear was then extended, with large glazed sliding doors opening out onto a new rear landscaped garden with feature planting within both timber deck and grass areas. The addition of a loft adds on a fourth bedroom and en-suite, with two large dormer windows increasing the natural light within the new area.

The interior designing of the project was based on a modern contemporary style of living, with spacious open plan living areas. In addition we were required to complete suitable flooring, lighting, electrical design and setting out, with full bathroom layouts and specifications out for a fully functional and coherent home. The project was completed in November of 2013.
