Temple Bar Design are currently seeking Planning Approval for this site in London.

Our Client’s have requested us to design a basement extension below the existing ground & first floor levels to this existing building.

The extension would allow a Unit of four bedrooms, including large open plan living, dining, kitchen spaces. The unit will also allow for a study, a guest bathroom in the entertainment area, and all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms attached to them.

The rear of the extension then opens out onto an existing courtyard, allowing for an open area for the basement. The upstairs bedrooms in addition also have Juliette balconies opening out onto the courtyard.

This project is still in progress.
