Temple Bar Design was requested by our Client to upgrade this block which is currently being used for commercial purposes.

The Client’s brief was to do a complete upgrade on the existing buildings, and incorporate an additional residential block.

Even with the restrictions of the site as well as the allowable space left on the property, we were still able to incorporate 5 residential units within this new block.

The proposed drawings have been submitted to Council and Planning permission works are in progress, and we look forward to a favourable response.
