Temple Bar Design was contacted by the our Client to produce and gain approval for this new block of residential apartments in Hayes.
For a complicated site we were able to meet all of the requirements provided by the Client as well as the local Town Planning Authority.
This new building consists of two retail units at the ground floor with parking provided at the rear of the building. The apartments were designed from the first floor upwards, providing a mix of spacious two, three and four bedroom units with balconies overlooking the local area.
The design consists of a mix of facebrick and steel cladding systems with recessed balconies, making it a suitable design for the area however unique in it’s own right.
The building shall also serve as an upliftment to the area, and provides some new interest on an outdated skyline.
The building has gained successful planning approval.
